For the Deans Row project, Wunderbloom worked with a rental company focusing on prime properties within walking distance from the University of Oklahoma's campus and campus corner. The goal was to display their portfolio and availability date to potential tenants and provide them with all of the necessary information to help determine whether or not they wanted to submit an application. In order to achieve this goal, Wunderbloom arranged for drone footage to showcase the proximity of the properties to campus for the hero section of the website. Wunderbloom also arranged for floor plans to be digitally drawn up for each of the properties within the client's portfolio. When it comes to organizing all of the information that comes with property listings, Wunderbloom created a content management system (CMS) to help the client organize each property's amenities. Here we focused on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, whether or not utilities were included, and the number of parking spaces per room. The website is composed of the homepage, listings page, and each individual units' page.

The biggest takeaway from the project was learning how to properly implement a complex CMS list, the different types of Google maps embeds, and ensuring that the client had all of the assets necessary to properly display their portfolio for potential tenants.
